These skills enabled me to extract insights, rank data, and analyze trends, providing a strong foundation for data-driven decision-making in any organization.

During my internship at Quor AI, I used Python to organize and analyze competitors' Instagram posts. I examined which types of posts and tags were most popular, helping to identify trends. Additionally, I curated and refined topics for tweets to enhance our social media strategy.

During my internship at Trip.com, I demonstrated my analytical skills by extensively utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis. I managed and interpreted large datasets to derive actionable insights, leveraging Excel's powerful functions and tools to create comprehensive reports and visualizations. This analytical approach enabled me to identify trends, patterns, and key performance metrics that informed strategic decisions within the company.

IAt Simon Business School, I learned Solver, a powerful tool for performing linear programming and optimization tasks. I harnessed it to model and solve complex problems related to profit maximization. By setting up optimization models, I was able to determine the most efficient allocation of resources and strategies, driving significant improvements in profit margins. My ability to combine advanced Excel functionalities with strategic problem-solving highlights my strong analytical capabilities and my commitment to data-driven decision-making.

During my internship at Nuwa Marketing, I gained extensive experience using TikTok to boost brand visibility and engage with a younger audience. I managed the company's TikTok account, creating engaging short-form videos that aligned with our marketing campaigns. These videos often included trends, challenges, and product showcases to increase organic reach and build a strong connection with followers.In addition to content creation, I collaborated with influencers and sellers through the TikTok Shop Seller Center. This involved coordinating with TikTok shop sellers to feature products in our content, ensuring smooth integration of e-commerce functionalities. I monitored sales performance from these collaborations and adjusted our strategy to enhance conversion rates. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, especially how to leverage its platform for both content marketing and e-commerce.

Instagram

I have been actively managing the Instagram account for Quor AI, where I focus on building brand awareness and engaging with the target audience. My responsibilities include creating and curating content that highlights Quor AI's key features, such as the use of Ikigai concepts to help businesses define their mission, vision, and value propositions. I design posts and stories that are visually appealing and align with the brand's identity while incorporating relevant hashtags and emojis to increase reach and interaction.In addition to content creation, I analyze engagement metrics like likes, comments, and shares to gauge the effectiveness of our strategy. I adjust our approach based on these insights, ensuring that each post resonates with our followers and potential clients. This experience has allowed me to refine my skills in social media management and grow Quor AI’s online presence.

Shopify

During my internship at Nuwa Marketing, I gained hands-on experience using Shopify to manage and optimize e-commerce operations. I set up and customized product pages, ensuring they were visually appealing and user-friendly. Additionally, I designed marketing emails through Shopify, using built-in tools to create effective campaigns that aligned with our promotional strategies.I also regularly checked product inventory storage within Shopify, ensuring that stock levels were accurate and properly reflected on the site. This allowed me to help streamline the sales process and ensure a smooth customer experience from browsing to checkout.

Google Ads

During my internship at Trip.com, I focused on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specifically for the B2C sector. I managed Google Ads campaigns aimed at driving traffic to Trip.com’s travel services, such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and vacation packages. My role involved researching high-traffic, relevant keywords and crafting targeted ad copy to attract potential customers.I closely monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and conversion rates. I used this data to optimize campaigns through bid adjustments and A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion efficiency. This hands-on experience allowed me to sharpen my skills in managing SEM campaigns at scale, specifically within the travel industry.
